Terms of use
These terms apply to the Hultman Receivables website and free receivables workspace. Using either means you agree to them.
Informational tool
The free workspace provides general workflow suggestions based on the data you enter. It is not legal, accounting, tax, credit, or debt-collection advice. Review every suggested action, message, figure, and report before using it.
Paid service
The managed Receivables Desk is offered only after a fit review. Scope, access, approvals, payment, confidentiality, and termination are governed by a separate written service agreement accepted before paid work begins.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, submit information you are not authorized to process, interfere with the site, attempt to access other users' data, or use generated messages to harass, deceive, or threaten anyone.
No guarantee
Receivables outcomes depend on your clients, contracts, records, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a payment, recovery amount, response, or timeline.
Availability and liability
The free site is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the free workspace or site.
