Privacy notice
We collect only what is needed to operate the free workspace, answer recovery-plan requests, and protect the service from abuse.
The browser workspace
Invoice CSV data and account updates in the free workspace are processed in the current browser tab. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers. The company name is stored in your browser so the workspace can retain its heading and message signature; clearing site data removes it.
The request form
When you request a recovery plan, we store the name, work email, agency name, overdue-balance range, optional note, referral tags, and submission time that you provide. Your IP address and browser identifier are processed briefly to create a one-way anti-spam fingerprint; the raw values are not stored with the request.
How it is used
This information is used to answer your request, determine whether the service is a fit, deliver it if you choose to proceed, secure the site, and improve the offer. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on this site.
Hosting and retention
The site and request database run on managed cloud infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Request details are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion, email adam@hultman.dev. Reasonable requests will be handled promptly, subject to any information we must retain by law.
